In Kind Donations

Donating gifts to the animals has never been easier!

Donate to our Goods Wishlist

We are so grateful to receive in-kind donations from our supporters. As a charity that recieves no ongoing government funding, every donated item means our vital funds can be redirected to medical and other essential care.

Donating has never been so easy!

Visit our Amazon Wishlist to find our list of items most needed, have them delivery directly to our Wonga Park Shelter. Some of the items help in our daily work  while others are items that our animals need and appreciate whilst in our care waiting for their new homes.

What goods can be donated?

Items for donation must be in clean and good condition. Please see the list below to ensure we can accept your generous donation.

Our dogs and cats are all trained while they are with us and we go through LOTS of training treats. We also use treats to encourage chewing behaviours, clean teeth and bust boredom.

  • Pigs ears, Roo tails and Snouts
  • Liver treats, jerkey, schmackos and anything delicious for huge rewards when training
  • Greenies, DentaStix and Dental Treats
  • Dine Creamy Treats

Our dogs and cats love to have extra bedding on their beds, some dogs chew, rip, play tug of war with and generally have a blast, but this means we go through LOTS of blankets! We are always in need of bedding and blankets, in particular:

  • Igloo beds, snuggle beds, soft beds
  • Woollen blankets, soft blankets, towels
  • Dog and cat crates
  • Extra large airline approved dog crates

  • Advance dog, cat, kitten and puppy dry food
  • Prime 100 dog rolls for sensitive tummies and skin
  • New litter trays & Breeders Choice Kitty Litter
  • Adaptil/Feliway collars and sprays, heat pads
  • Waterproof and fleece ranging from size medium all the way up to giant

Dumping is not Donating

It is heartbreaking having some people dump their rubbish to us, costing Blue Cross Animals Society of Victoria large amounts of every year to dispose of. Most crucially it is diverting vital funds from animals in need. Donations are important to us and we thank you for your support.
