Batty is a quiet, thoughtful soul who has spent his first year learning that humans can be kind. He’s still on his journey, but he’s just beginning to discover that people aren’t so scary after all—and it’s a lovely thing to watch.

These days, Batty enjoys hanging out near his human friends and will happily join in a gentle play session. He’s not quite ready for lots of pats or handling yet, but he shows his affection by choosing to be close and sharing your space.
