Mimi is a beautiful 9-year-old British Shorthair who is ready to start the next chapter of her life with a loving, patient family.

This lovely girl has been through quite a journey recently, undergoing specialist eye surgery to repair permanent damage caused by chronic eye ulcers. She has recovered wonderfully and is now feeling like a brand-new woman!

Mimi is also recieving arthritis pain relief injections as a trial, which her new family may need to monitor.

Mimi has had a rough time lately, so she may be a little reserved when meeting new people at first, but then you’ll soon discover the sweet, gentle companion hiding beneath that fluffy coat.

Though she is sweet and affectionate for the most part, Mimi has her boundaries, and will let you know if you cross them!

Speaking of her coat, Mimi’s luxurious British Shorthair fur will need daily brushing to keep it free from mats and looking its best, as she is prone to matting. She’s searching for a dedicated owner who will enjoy making grooming part of their daily routine.
